I am passionate about the advancement of the Kingdom of God on earth and making an impact on people's lives at a multidimensional level. Prior to joining IWSI, I founded and I am still running Impact Route, a company that provides cultural orientation and relocation services in Rwanda to bridge cultural gaps and make life easier for people relocating to Rwanda.Â
Among other responsibilities at IWSI Rwanda, I am responsible for spearheading strategic leadership and direction of the IWSI Rwanda programs to achieve the organizational vision, mission and objectives. In my free time, I love spending time with my four kids and wife and reading books."

“Hi, I am Tuyisenge Divine. I joined I Will Stand International in February 2024 as an educational coach, driven by my passion for inspiring and empowering young children through knowledge and guidance. I transitioned to Administration and Finance Assistant in November 2024. With a background in accounting, I focus on ensuring financial accuracy and supporting beneficiaries. In my free time, I enjoy praying, trying new foods, watching movies, and spending time with friends."

I joined I Will Stand International in September 2025 as an intern in Communication and Marketing, driven by a passion for using storytelling and digital media to amplify impact and give voice to the communities we serve. In November 2025, I was hired as a Communication and Marketing Officer, where I apply the skills gained during my two-month internship to strengthen brand visibility, engage stakeholders, and ensure clear, meaningful communication that supports the organization’s mission. "Hello, my name is Iryanyawera Marie Claire. I am committed to advancing I Will Stand International. I am currently focusing my efforts on teaching women and girls the craft of sewing. I have 15 years of experience in the tailoring profession and have dedicated my life to teaching this skill. My goal is for them to master the craft and improve their lives. I enjoy seeing those I have taught succeed. My goal is to expand my efforts to reach as many places as possible."

I have experience in sewing, and I have dedicated my life to this tailoring profession. I am currently working on this job with the aim of improving myself personally, advancing the project I work for, and benefiting the students I teach. My goal is to bring about the desired change or improvement. In line with my work, I enjoy helping others, working, and praying. My long-term goal is to have a modern clothing factory and to run a non-profit project that helps people. Thank you."

As a pre-primary teacher at I Will Stand International, I focus on using play and interactive learning to stimulate all aspects of a child’s development. I also help maintain a safe and organized learning environment, manage classroom materials, and provide care for each child’s well-being. In my free time, I enjoy praying and singing, which bring me joy and inspiration."

"My name is Nyirarukundo Divine, and I am passionate about nurturing young minds and helping children develop their language, math, and social skills from an early age. Teaching has always been my calling, and I find great joy in uplifting children and guiding them as they grow. Having graduated in teaching equipped me with essential skills, including effective instruction, child care, and the ability to motivate students through prayer. At IWSI, I assist the lead teacher at the Kayovu ECD Center, ensure our learning environment is clean and organized, manage school materials, and care for each child. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, praying, and taking moments to rest and recharge."Â Â
Alphonsine Nyirarukundo
Child Care Worker - Kayovu
"I am deeply committed to caring for children who have been abandoned, have disabilities, or come from vulnerable families. My journey began in 2017 when I started gathering and supporting children in need, earning me the nickname "Guardian Angel." In 2019, I expanded my efforts in Kayovu, Bugesera, where I welcomed 130 children into my home-teaching them language skills, nurturing their minds, providing balanced meals, guiding parents in conflict resolution, and ensuring medical care for those in need. That same year, God led me to I will Stand International, and the organization supported me ever since Now I am a full time employee in the organization as effective 1st January 2025. In my free time, I enjoy visiting the sick, singing in the choir, and serving my community."

Cook - Kayovu
"My name is Cecile Yamuragiye, I joined I Will Stand International 1st January 2025 as the cook for children, bringing with me a passion for preparing nutritious meals. Cooking has always been my calling, after receiving formal training, I worked with several Early Childhood Development centers before joining the organization. My responsibilities include ensuring meals are prepared on time, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and providing balanced nutrition. Outside of work, I cherish time with my family and care for them. An interesting fact about me is that I always take the lead in praise and worship singing."
