Sponsorship includes providing a building, training, and materials for 72 vulnerable women in the community to receive training in tailoring so they have tangible skills to begin to make a sustainable living for themselves.
Description
The Sewing School Sponsorship covers one year of training through our sewing program empowering 72 vulnerable women in the community with the skills needed to break the cycle of poverty and begin earning an income for themselves. This sponsorship includes the cost of training in the technical skills of sewing and product design as well as business skills to help students with success upon graduation. This sponsorship includes the cost of our training facility and the cost of materials for each student.
