The 2026 Summer Camp is a six-week child development program designed to support the spiritual, intellectual, social, and practical growth of children from vulnerable and low-income families. The camp will serve 70 children between the ages of 4 and 18 years and will run three days per week for six weeks, totaling eighteen sessions.
The program combines Bible study, academic enrichment, creativity, cultural learning, practical life skills, and recreational activities in a safe and engaging environment. Through this balanced approach, children will strengthen their faith, improve communication and literacy skills, discover talents, and build confidence, teamwork, and leadership abilities. Each camp day will begin with Bible study and character development sessions, followed by academic learning activities such as reading, storytelling, writing, and problem-solving. Afternoon sessions will focus on skills development through music, arts and crafts, gardening, baking, cultural activities, sports, and team-building games.
The six-week program will follow weekly themes designed to guide children through a progressive learning journey.
Week One - Faith, Identity, and Character Development
Week Two - Communication and Literacy Skills
Week Three - Creativity and Talent Discovery
Week Four - Culture and Heritage
Week Five - Practical Life Skills and Problem Solving
Week Six - Showcase, Leadership, and Celebration
During Week Six, children will present what they have learned to parents and community members.
The Summer Camp aims to create a positive and transformative learning experience that nurtures children holistically while helping identify talents and leadership potential for future development opportunities.
