All US Staff are volunteers who devote their time
because of their love for the mission.

Andrea Williams

Founder; President & CEO
Andrea has a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and is currently working on her MBA. She founded and ran a private Christian School for years as well as overseeing children’s ministry programs at two different churches. She has a heart for the hurting.

Sean Williams

Vice President
Sean has a background in business and is a Texas A&M law school graduate. He is the Director of Operations at Colt Concrete and Asphault. Sean brings a wealth of knowledge and counsel to the table.

Michael Bolton

Treasurer

Michael is involved in the day to day operations of IWSI-NE Texas. He owns a martial arts studio in Carrolton, TX and teaches women’s self-defense courses for IWSI.

Tina Pennington

Board of Directors
Tina is the founder of Beloved Haven in North Carolina, an organization advocating for victims of sex trafficking. Tina provides a wealth of knowledge in the area of healing, restoration, and case work as well as encouragement and prayer support.

Candice Holland

Board of Directors, Director of Employment Services and Safe Houses

Joining IWSI in 2017, Candice felt so drawn to our work that she relocated to be closer to what God is doing through IWSI. She is the owner of Excel Employment Services and has partnered with IWSI to integrate employment services to the women we serve. 

Judith Nyapola

Regional Director for East Africa; Country Director - Rwanda

Judith has a background in social work and is a strong leader. She stands up for what is right and doesn’t back down. She is tough and loves the children we serve. Judith is responsible for the future direction of IWSI-Rwanda and East Africa as a whole.

Isimbi Fatina

Financial Manager - Rwanda
Fatina works hard in Rwanda to ensure that everything is operating well. She goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone is taken care of in Rwanda. She is currently working on a degree in accounting.

Weston Day

Director of Southeast Texas & Street Teams

Weston joined our team in the fall of 2016. He is an ordained pastor, loves the Lord, and loves people.

Lori Day

Director of Southeast Texas & Street Teams, Liaison with Navajo Nation

Lori, along with her husband Weston, joined our team in the fall of 2016. She has a heart for broken people and desires to see the fullness of Christ in each person. She is an ordained IWSI pastor.

Krystal Hodges

HWY 59 Street Team Leader and Fundraising Coordinator, SE Texas

Krystal has a huge heart for the lost! After being delivered from addiction, she has been moved with compassion to minister to the hopeless in whatever way God calls her to! She graduated Bible college and is continuing her education in several areas.

Tony Hodges

HWY 59 Street Team Leader, SE Texas

Tony is a servant leader. He and his wife Krystal have been an amazing addition to the I Will Stand Team! Together, they are stepping up and stepping out into learning different ways to bring hope and restoration to those who have lost all sense of hope.
